Consultation: Free for 15 minutes
Individual Therapy: $140 for 60 minute session
Family Therapy: $175 for 60 minute session
Marriage/Couples Therapy: $175 for 60 minute session
We are currently in the process of credentialing with multiple companies. We accept private pay clients, and can provide documentation for reimbursement through your insurance. If you are interested in becoming a patient and we don’t have your insurance carrier listed, send a message about your interest and your insurance carrier’s name. We will work on getting credentialed as soon as possible.
Important Information
If You Need to Cancel/Reschedule
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellation requires a $75 fee. Missed appointments will incur a full session fee. Please note, insurance does not cover missed appointments or late cancellation fees.
Regarding Payment
Payment is due at the time of services. All clients must have a card on file, which will be charged after each appointment. The Jewel Box Counseling, PLLC has the right to charge the card on file up to a year after services are rendered in order to receive payment. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
